You will get free delivery if items are to be delivered in Chennai. If items must be delivered to places other than Chennai, you need to bear the courier charges (and duties if any). We will inform you about these additional charges before dispatch. 

We believe that the movement of items to you and back to us must be avoided not only for economic reasons but mainly for environmental reasons. We ensure the quality of the products that we supply by performing 100% checks. Our team talks to customers to understand their exact requirements and ascertain that the products they receive meet those requirements. We also encourage customers to see the products before they buy. So, we do not accept returns unless a product has a manufacturing defect. In the unlikely event of you receiving an item from us that is damaged or defective, we will replace the item.

We deliver garments after confirming sizes in inches so that an item is neither too large nor too small. This eliminates the main reason for exchange. If you want to exchange the item you ordered for any valid reason, especially in wholesale, you may return the item and select another item, preferably in the same category. We will accept returns if you return the products unused and inform us within 7 days from the date of purchase.
